Nobody teaches you this game. They just expect you to know.
Every golfer remembers the awkward first season — the unwritten rules, the badly raked bunker, the group behind pressing. Golf is the most welcoming game on earth once you’re inside it, and one of the most intimidating to walk into cold.
That’s the gap we’re working on. Not with lectures — with short, honest teaching, clubs that welcome people properly, and a straight path from first swing to first posted score.
Fifty years of carrying bags teaches you the game is bigger than the swing. The manners, the pace, the way you leave a bunker for the fellow behind you — that’s the game too. Nobody’s born knowing it. Someone hands it to you. That’s all this is — handing it on.

The game builds good young men and women — patience, honesty, and the long walk with your own mistakes. We back junior golf at the clubs we serve: real days, on real courses, for kids starting their own lifelong relationship with the game.

More women in the game, enjoying it more — starting with the simple truths nobody says out loud. The forward tees aren’t a concession; they’re a better, faster, happier game. Play the course the game meant you to play.
What nobody teaches
How to rake a bunker. How to fix a pitch mark, and why it matters. Keeping pace with the group in front. Nobody teaches this, and everybody’s embarrassed to ask — so we’re making the short, honest lessons that let a newcomer walk onto the first tee feeling they belong.
The handicap, done right
The handicap is the thread that ties a golfer to the game. Learn the game the right way, post that first score, watch the number move — and the game starts claiming you back. That’s how a visitor becomes a golfer, and a golfer becomes a member.
